Lesson #1 - Components of Fitness

In this lesson you will teach your students about five parts of the physical activity. They are cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength and body fat.

Also, you will present six skills-related components. They are agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time and speed.

First this lesson focuses on creating a cascading book. Then you will see important information about preventing injuries. It explains R.I.C.E. formula and also tells your students what to do in life-threatening emergency.

Lesson #4 - Body Types

This lesson plan will teach your students about three body types. They are endomorphs, mesomorphs and ectomorph. Also - your students will learn some tips on how to stay healthy when someone has one of those body types.

Lesson #4 - Muscular and Skeletal Systems

It is one of my favorite lessons. When you will teach this lesson - afterward your students will be able to recall structures of both systems. In addition - students will be able to list points of keeping bones and muscles healthy.

Lesson #1 - Three elements of health

This Three Elements of Health interactive lesson is very basic lesson. It will teach your students about three parts of health. It will provide specific examples for each part. To assess your students’ knowledge about this lesson - they will execute basic drag and put exercises on the Promethean whiteboard.
